Danthas respects the privacy of everyone who comes into contact with us. We ensure that the personal information you give us will be treated confidentially and the processing of your personal data, if we request it, will be done in accordance to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. This privacy statement describes how we as a company handle the personal data.

Contact Form
There is a contact form on our website. With this contact form, mandatory information such as company name, telephone number and e-mail address are required. This information is necessary to contact you and to see how we can be of service to you, in response to the question you have asked in the contact form. Your details are necessary for engaging and deepening the relationship we have or will have with you. On the contact form the fields are marked with “* required”. This information is required for the delivery of our services, so a valid e-mail address is required to be able to contact you as well as sending you our newsletter. Contact and invoice details are required for ordering a product and / or service. That is why we need the name and address details of your company, your name, your telephone number and your e-mail address. Every newsletter gives a link with which you can unsubscribe. When you have registered for the newsletter, Danthas will keep the personal data during the period in which you have not logged out unless Danthas is obliged to keep the personal data for a longer period on the basis of the law / legal provision.

We use the above personal data to improve our product and your experiences on our website; to contact you if products and services may be of interest to you, provided you have given us permission to do so, or if you have previously requested a product or service from us and the communication is relevant to or related to that earlier request and is done within the timeframe established by the applicable regulations or to provide you with products and services that you have requested from us.

Registration form customer portal
As a customer of Danthas you can log in to our customer portal, mijndanthas.nl. To do so, you must register by using the registration form for our customer portal. For this purpose mandatory information is required: company name, job title, e-mail address, contact number and telephone number.

This data is collected solely for the following purposes: Consulting your invoices, quotations, visit reports, contracts, creating additional users, submitting service calls, authorize or reject quotations, submitting questions about your quotation(s). To log in to the secure environment of the website (mijndanthas.nl) your e-mail address and password are required. This password is automatically generated and can be modified after the first login. When you sign up as a person, we assume that you are authorized to use the username and password. If you suspect that the password is known to an unauthorized persons, you should inform Danthas as soon as possible so that measures can be taken. In principle, however, you remain responsible for carefully handling the user name, e-mail address and password.

Use of our website
If you visit our website, your visit data will be tracked. In this context, in particular the IP address of your computer, the time of requesting, data that the browser of the visit sends, can be registered and used for statistical analyzes of visit and click behavior on the website. You should realize that when visiting our sites, data such as your IP address can be retrieved. Danthas does not store IP addresses, but Danthas does work with data about your visit to our website. This

data is only used to optimize our internet pages. Our website may also include links to third party websites. Although these sites have been carefully selected, Danthas is not responsible for this third party and the way in which they handle personal data.


Use of our customer portal

If you visit our customer portal, your visitor information will be kept as on the website. On the other hand, your IP data is stored for the visit to our customer portal in order to find the source of this in the event of abuse.


Sharing personal data to third parties

Danthas basically does not share your personal information with others. Danthas will only do so when there is severe suspicion or an obligation by law. E.g. in case of fraud. But also the police, the judiciary, the regulator, the tax authorities can request data from Danthas on the grounds of the law. Furthermore, the court can require Danthas to provide data. And sometimes Danthas must share data with another party or organization on the basis of an agreement or regulation.

Good to know
Danthas will never use or request sensitive data related to health, religious beliefs, political or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation or ethnic origin. Danthas sometimes processes them on behalf of our care-related clients who work specifically with the aforementioned data. Danthas does not process and / or collect data sent to countries outside the Netherlands or outside the EU.

Security
Danthas meets the requirements and standards of ISO27001 and NEN7510 in its security policy. If something goes wrong, Danthas comes into action immediately. Any data leaks are resolved and recorded. Data leaks are also reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and to you, if necessary.

Furthermore, all our employees have signed a confidentiality agreement. Danthas deals carefully with information that you entrust to us. Only authorized personnel may view and process your data.

Our privacy policy will be regularly updated because of the increasing possibilities of data collection and the regulations change regularly. Our privacy policy will therefore remain in motion and regularly updated. It is therefore advisable to consult this policy regularly, so that you are aware of any changes.

View or modify your personal data?
Would you like to know what personal data we have recorded about you? Then you can make

use of your ‘right of access’. Or do you want to change your details? Then you can use your ‘right to rectify your data’.

If you want to delete your personal data, you can make use of your ‘right to erasure’. If you want Danthas to (temporarily) stop processing or changing your personal data, you can make use of your ‘right to restriction of processing’. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on specific situation-related grounds at any time.

You have the right to obtain the personal data concerning you have provided to Danthas and you have the right to transfer this data to another controller.

In the above cases, you can then send a letter/e-mail accompanied by a copy of your valid passport, driver’s license or identity card.
